Been to a few big hunting clubs and this by far has the best ground bird hunting I have ever seen. Wait till you see the fishing lodge, looking forward to a fishing trip with the men.
We just finished a tower shoot at Almost Heaven Planation. The place is incredible. Each time we go there is something new. This time it was the new tower shoot, Pro Shop and a Maker's Mark tasting. The facility is the best kept of any was visit. The guides, dogs and habitat are the best imaginable.
Almost Heaven Plantation is gorgeous…opening day of the Orvis pro shop, we are looking forward to the next quail hunt together and fishing. This location is the finest in the southeast, If you’re looking for a cooperate event or men or ladies multi-day hunt this is it. Cheers.

This is where lifelong memories are made. If you’re into fishing and game, this place is your mecca. You’ll see more quail in a day than most people see in a lifetime. We received a quick tour of the 90 acre pond and boat house. With a couple a glances I saw several toaster sized bass. The Hylton family lives on site and ensures that your experience is world class. The lodging is top of the line and the staff is there for your every need. Chef Russel and his team will knock you out meal after meal. Perfect location for family, friends, a solo trip, or corporate event. Counting the days until i can return…and dreaming about those bass until then.
Can't say enough great things about this place. I have been on two quail hunts and both have been first rate experiences. I took my son on my last hunt, and Scott and Sammy did a tremendous job of providing instruction and tips on bird hunting. I really enjoy their approach to active hunting for birds, as opposed to just shooting birds. I learn so much from these trips ands watching their dogs work is worth the trip alone. Misses Robin, Morgan and Tracey provide first rate hospitality.
